Duty Calls

"The main airlock is here. We aren't doing anything fancy today, so it's just a standard airlock override with a docking skiff. No spacewalking. We go in, investigate, locate and assist any survivors. An engineering team will join us to get her running again or to prep her for towing or salvage. Any questions?"

Silence befell the other occupants of the room as they looked at each other and shook their heads. Tych0 gave a slow nod in response.

"I'll take that as nil returns. Good. We go in ten. Finish getting geared here, and then head to hangar alpha-seven. Any hardware we need should already be on board the skiff, defensive equipment included. We'll take it slow, and be ready for any surprises."

When a distress job comes in, then it's time for Tych0 to get serious.
